No flaming on the 360 plz.. besides its not about the 360. Anyone know what game would be fun to past my time until the 360 comes out? Preferably PC/Gamecube/DS/Ps2, -I dont have the best computer.

There's always Half-Life. I still bust out the original from time to time... it's just so much damn fun, even if the graphics are a little dated by today's standards. You can get one of those "Platinum Collections" for like $30 these days, and it comes with all the expansions (and of course TFC and CS). Tons of playability without needing top of the line hardware.

When is the second shipping of these new fangled XBox 360's? After Christmas? You know they could make enough of them to satisfy the public....funny how the chose not too.

The shortage is due to the near-simultaneous launch in all three major territories (US, EU, and Asia/Japan). In the past when a company launched a console, they staggered the launch dates for each territory so they could have more units available in each at launch. This time... Microsoft opted to launch almost simultaneously. That meant they had to use production capacity to make US models, EU models, and Asia models at once... rather than making a ton of just one. It's not a conspiracy folks, just a simple matter of cause and effect.

True, but theres no point of them waiting to satisfy other territories, becuz the last xbox didnt sell nearly as much as it did in the US..... The xboxes in the us outnumbered everyother countries like 5 to 1

PC - Try Dawn of War. Its pretty addicting.
Gamecube - Wind Waker!
DS - Mario Kart.
PS2 - Uhh I don't know many games for the PS2, so just play DDR.

Yeah and if you don't have it already, get Advance Wars DS. That game freaking rocks, it's so addicting. I woke up this morning and wasted like 3 hours in one battle with a couple computers.

Seriously, as long as you like strategy games, this game is for you. It's so cool watching the little guys jump in and pummel each other.
